King Khalid Road is a major urban infrastructure project designed to meet the demands of a rapidly growing city while balancing the preservation of the natural environment. The scheme improves mobility across Riyadh, creating new opportunities for urban development, while carefully integrating green corridors and palm-lined streetscapes.

Our work has focused on enhancing connectivity, easing congestion, and ensuring the road network is future-ready. The design incorporates sustainable infrastructure strategies, preparing the corridor for long-term resilience. At the same time, careful planning has protected existing trees and landscapes, ensuring that progress and preservation move forward together.

The Central Park Hotel project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of a landmark 300-room property in the heart of London. This ambitious undertaking transformed the hotel into a luxurious destination for travellers.
